Clinical Investigation About A Cavernous Malformation : C ase Report

Abstract
Objective: We got a good effect on one patient who was dignosed cavernous malformation.

Methods: We used acupuncture, herbal medication, physical therapy, and exercise treatment.

Result: The PULESE- profile changed from score 10 to score 6.

Conclusion: Cavernous malformation has been reported occurring throughout the central nervous system. While the most common location is the supratentorial cerebral parenchyma, Cavernous malformation of spine is a rare disorder that can cause severe neurological symptoms. We experienced a case of a 14-year-old woman whose urogenic bladder and paraplegia caused by cavernous malformation was improved through oriental medication
